FULL OVERVIEW OF IN PERSON TRAINING

Day ONE: 10am-1pm Lash Theory

  • Lash anatomy, Lash growth cycle, Curls, lengths.

  • Proper sanitation, disinfecting, Allergies, Contraindications.

  • Adhesive theory, Lash styling.

  • Client consultation, Client liability form.

  • Social media content & tips to building clientele.

  • How to price your sets, setting policies

  • Plus much more in depth theory training and open discussions Q&A.

LUNCH 1PM-2PM OPEN DISCUSSION Q&A

Day ONE Hands On Training: 2PM -6PM

  • Open kit and go over all products and use for each.

  • Begin Classic Placement/direction.

  • Isolation

  • Fan making (2 methods) pinching technique and one handed flower cup fan technique.

  • Creating spikes vs. closed fans. (wispy technique)

  • Lash wrapping and crystaliztion.

  • Full-set on Mannequin/Doll head.



Day TWO Hands On Training : 10am-1pm

  • Finish mannequin set from day one.

  • Practice creating fans for model

  • Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing tools prior to model application

  • Procedure set up

LUNCH 1PM-2PM OPEN DISCUSSION Q&A

Day TWO: 2PM - 6PM

  • Lash model consultation & consent

  • Before photos of model

  • Model Mapping & Taping

  • One on one mentoring during application

  • Go over aftercare with model

  • Final Photos of Model

  • Receive Certificate

What to Bring:

  • Pen for notes

  • Drink of choice if you wish. Some refreshments will be provided

  • Day 2: You will need to have a lash model at 130pm. If you don’t have a model please let me know ahead of time.

Lora is the best coach out there. She’s patient, she’ll repeat herself over and over and won’t make you feel bad for it. she always will help you find a solution to any problem. Learning how to do lashes with lora was a ginormous step in my esthetician career and 90% of my clients are now lash clients.
